Document360 sells to the people who own a company's documentation rather than its inbox: technical writers and support leads running an external help centre, an API reference and internal SOPs at once, often in several languages.

It sits beside a help desk instead of replacing one. The Zendesk and Freshdesk integrations let agents search and insert articles inside a ticket, and the AI chatbot add-on answers from your articles, files and existing desk tickets. The price is the part that does not ship. Six stated inputs set a quote: team accounts, workspaces, languages, SSO and security needs, whether the knowledge base is public or private, and AI Premium Suite usage.

The pricing page publishes no tiers and no numbers, so no article ceiling, workspace limit or language allowance is published either. SSO, SCIM, audit logging and IP restriction all exist with no stated plan gate. Reader, reviewer and editor are three defined roles and none carries a price. AI usage moves the bill by the vendor's own admission and no AI unit is defined anywhere. Content export is thorough; configuration export does not exist, because workflows, redirect rules and approval stages sit in no ZIP and each export overwrites the last.

HelpKit prints its ladder: $15, $31 and $79 per site per month against caps of 25, 100 and 1,000 articles. Selvo charges $29 or $74 a month for a whole workspace. Document360 will not print a number at all. All three sit in knowledge base software.
