Every number on this site is read off a vendor's own page and dated. Vendors revise prices, rename products and negotiate. Nothing here is an offer, and no vendor is bound by anything published here. Before you sign, confirm the number with the vendor — their quote is the one that counts.
Where a vendor contradicts itself, both readings are recorded with their sources. That describes what the vendor has published. It is not a prediction of your invoice.
The site is maintained by one person and corrected on report. If a number here is out of date or misread, email hello@supportalternatives.com and it gets fixed. Vendors included.
Listings can be paid. Paid ones are labelled, sit higher in the order and get a followed link. They do not get a better verdict, a softer summary or a higher price left out. Some outbound links are affiliate links. Money buys position, never the assessment.
Read it, quote it, cite it, link to it. Bulk scraping, wholesale copying into another directory, and hammering the API are not allowed. If you want the data in bulk, ask.
Submit a tool or a correction and you confirm you are allowed to share it, and you let the site publish and edit it. You keep ownership of it. Anything false or spammy is removed, and accounts used for that are closed.
Product names and logos belong to their owners and appear here to identify the products. No vendor endorses this site or has approved what is written about it.
A sign-in link is yours alone — anyone with it can get into your account. Delete your account any time by asking. Accounts can be closed for abuse, spam or fraud.
The site is provided as is, with no warranty. To the extent the law allows, it is not liable for losses arising from anything published here, including a purchase made on the strength of a price that turned out to be wrong. Any liability is capped at what you paid the site in the previous twelve months, which for readers is nothing.
