Selvo is built for small SaaS teams that want a help centre, chat widget, shared inbox and AI agent on one bill instead of four. It prices the workspace rather than the person, so the third teammate and the tenth are free.
Starter is $39 a month, or $29 billed annually, with 3 team members and 1 help centre. Pro is $99, or $74, with 10 members and 5 help centres. Both plans carry the whole product, including the REST API, MCP server and CLI, gated on throughput rather than access at 200 and 400 requests a minute. Nothing is held back for a sales call, and the trial runs 14 days.
AI is $0.10 a conversation. Selvo bills the conversation rather than the resolution, so nobody adjudicates after the fact whether an answer counted. Help centre, widget, inbox and agent share one data model, so an article edited in the help centre is what the AI answers with, and there is no sync to keep alive between four vendors.
Ten people cost $74 a month here, against $250 on Help Scout and $390 or more on Intercom, whose AI then meters at $0.75 and $0.99 a resolution next to Selvo's $0.10 a conversation. Zoho Desk charges per agent inside a much larger suite, so the bill climbs with every hire. For a small team that wants one bill that stays still, Selvo is the help desk software to beat.
