eesel AI is for support teams who already run Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or Gorgias and do not want to migrate anything in order to add an AI agent. It indexes what you already have, past tickets, macros, help centre articles and docs sitting in Confluence, Notion or Google Drive, then answers inside the help desk you keep.
Pricing is usage only. A support ticket or chat session counts as one task at $0.40 however many messages it takes, a blog draft costs $4.00, and dashboard lookups are free. There are no seats and no platform fee, and the first $50 of usage costs nothing and needs no card. Enterprise is the exception: $1,000 a month sits on top of usage and includes no tasks at all.
That $1,000 is a compliance purchase, not a volume one. SSO, HIPAA, a BAA and a signed cloud service agreement live behind it while the per-task rate never moves, so 500 tickets a month costs $200 without it and $1,200 with it. SOC 2 Type II is not certified, only underway. There is no voice channel, no general outbound webhook API, and no documented way to export your conversation history.
Intercom Fin also runs on someone else's help desk, at $0.99 per outcome against eesel's $0.40 per handled ticket. Lorikeet prices without seats too, but its monthly fee is the prepaid pool of resolutions, the inverse of eesel's. Forethought publishes no rate at all. All four are AI support agents.
