Lorikeet sells to fintech and healthtech teams whose tickets carry money or medical records, where a wrong answer is a compliance incident rather than a bad review. Pricing matches: annual commitment only, no free tier, no published trial.

It answers tickets inside Zendesk, Intercom, Front, HubSpot or Salesforce, or runs standalone as Lorikeet Chat. Start is $1,500 a month billed annually, Scale $4,000. That fee is not a platform charge on top of usage: it buys the credit pool, 18,000 credits a year on Start, 48,000 on Scale. A chat, email or SMS resolution draws 0.95 credits on Start and 0.80 on Scale; voice draws 1.50 and 1.20. No seat charges, no implementation fee, and nothing for a ticket you were unhappy with.

What it does not publish is the far edge of that pool. There is no overage rate, nothing about what happens when the credits run out in month eight, and no rollover policy, so underuse is money already spent. The HIPAA BAA starts at Scale and is explicitly absent from Start, which is also capped to five help desk integrations. All four LLM sub-processors sit in the United States, and no export documentation exists.

Decagon publishes no pricing page and Sierra returns a 404 on /pricing, so Lorikeet is one of the few AI support agents you can cost before a sales call. eesel AI is the sharper contrast: its $1,000 Enterprise fee sits on top of usage with no allowance, where Lorikeet's fee is the allowance.
