Decagon sells to enterprise support teams in financial services, travel, health and telecoms, and the constraint is that you cannot cost it without talking to sales. No pricing page exists on decagon.ai, and every conversion path ends at a demo form.

The agent covers chat, voice and email, and populates its knowledge base from Confluence, Contentful or Kustomer rather than demanding a migration. Billing takes one of two shapes, both described only in a December 2024 blog post: a fixed rate for every incoming conversation, or a higher fixed rate for each fully resolved conversation with no charge for escalations. Neither rate is published, and larger resolution commitments lower the rate by an amount Decagon never states.

What Decagon does not do is define the unit it bills. It declines on the record, writing that you never want to be arguing over what a resolution is, which leaves conversation, incoming, fully resolved and escalation undefined in the model that meters them. It names no certification either: the Trust Center linked from its own navigation returns nothing to an unauthenticated visitor, and the security page cites no standard or framework. There are no published terms, no data residency regions and no export documentation.

Lorikeet publishes a full rate card at $1,500 a month for 18,000 annual credits, and Intercom publishes $0.99 per outcome with the rule that decides it. Sierra withholds its price too. Compare the definitions across AI support agents.
