B2B software teams that answer each customer in a shared Slack channel, rather than behind a ticket form, are who Thena is for. Accounts, contacts, tasks and notes sit beside tickets, so a thread in a customer channel becomes a tracked ticket with an SLA timer, a CSAT survey and an account owner.
Tickets are raised from Slack by AI detection, a ticket emoji, an @thena mention or a /ticket command, and also from email, web chat, Microsoft Teams, Discord, forms, a customer portal and the API. Pricing is per user seat billed annually: $29 on Starter, $79 on Standard, $119 on Enterprise. Standard is $99 billed monthly. Starter stops at five seats and 1,000 tickets a month.
Microsoft Teams sits on the Enterprise tier, and Thena can only connect Teams channels your side created, never one the customer opened. Starter buys Slack and email only: no API, no webhooks, no MCP, no web chat, no workflows, no customer portal. AI agents run as a web deployment with Slack marked upcoming, so the AI does not answer in the channels the product is named for. The ticket export is a CSV that excludes file uploads.
Pylon sells the same shared-channel motion and publishes no price at all, where Thena publishes three. Plain documents an importer for a rival; Thena documents no import path in either direction. Front is per seat at published rates and treats email as the primary channel. All four file under B2B support software.
