Contact centres that sample a few conversations per agent per month and know the sample is too small to coach on. EvaluAgent has been at this since 2012, founded by three people who ran contact centres, and it scores everything rather than a slice.
Two published rates, both floors. AutoQM starts at $35 per user a month and covers automated scoring on 100% of conversations, custom scorecards, voice transcription with speaker separation, coaching workflows, and SSO, MFA and role-based access control at that entry price. Adding Conversation Intelligence starts at $65 and brings reason-for-contact detection, theme and sentiment analytics, and predicted metrics the vendor calls xNPS, xCSAT and xResolution, which infer satisfaction from the conversation instead of surveying for it. AI agent traffic can be billed per conversation instead of per seat.
Both figures are ballparks that route to a quote, so neither is a price you can act on. No seat minimum, contract length or billing frequency is published, and what counts as a user is undefined. More significantly, nothing published describes how evaluations, scorecards or coaching records leave the platform: there is no export documentation, and the open API has no public reference.
Scorebuddy publishes no number at all, and Rippit publishes fixed fees with no seat price, so this sits between them. Against Zendesk QA the difference is hosting: EU, US or Australian regions by customer choice. Filed under support QA software.
