Support teams that already grade conversations and want the grading itself automated. Rippit is MaestroQA under a new name: the legal entity is still MaestroQA, Inc., the help centre still sits on maestroqa.com, and the price list moved off seats when the brand changed.
The billed unit is an Agent Run, one execution of a reusable workflow the vendor calls an Agent App. Coaching twenty agents a week is twenty runs a week. Starter is $185 a month for 300 runs and Growth $495 for 1,000, with a free tier carrying 100 runs and $100 of AI credits. Model cost is a separate pass-through bill: the vendor says it takes no premium on AI credits and does not count them as revenue.
No seat count is published anywhere, so there is no per-reviewer price to model and no way to size Enterprise. Every publicly priced plan connects to Zendesk or Intercom and nothing else, which sends any team on Salesforce, Gladly or Front to sales whatever their volume. SSO is Enterprise too. The AI credit bill has no published rate, so the monthly total is a known fee plus an unbounded one.
Zendesk QA, EvaluAgent and Scorebuddy all still price per seat, which makes this the outlier: it bills the work, not the people watching it. It also hands rubrics and scores to a customer warehouse as normalised tables. Filed under support QA software.
