Richpanel sells to ecommerce brands whose repeat questions arrive faster than they can hire: where is my order, can I swap this, cancel my subscription. The bet is that AI closes half and seats cover the rest.
There are no plan tiers. Seats cost $99 each per month on an annual commitment, $119 monthly and $129 on demand. The AI meters once, at about $0.20 per conversation it handles, against a $200 monthly minimum bought in $100 blocks. Credits run $0.50 and you pick the model, so $0.20 assumes the Gemini 2.5 Flash reference at 0.41 credits a conversation. A conversation the AI resolves is not billed again as a ticket.
There is no native telephony, so Aircall or Dialpad is a second bill. Returns and Exchanges is a paid add-on from $99 a month, ecommerce only. Hosting is United States only, and EU processing is a sales conversation before signing. Contractual SLAs and a named CSM are Enterprise. Below roughly 1,200 conversations a month you pay the $200 floor whatever you use. Conversations export to CSV, but no API endpoint lists them, and macros, automation rules and help centre articles appear in no documented export.
Gorgias bills a ticket and an automated interaction, so one AI resolution touches two meters where Richpanel charges once. Re:amaze prices per agent with no AI floor and wins below a thousand conversations a month. Intercom adds $0.99 a resolution on top of a seat. All four sit in ecommerce help desk software.
