Merchants answering customers across Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon and Etsy usually pay for one tool to hold email and another for everything else. Re:amaze puts all of it in one inbox: email, live chat, Facebook comments, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS and marketplace messages, plus an embeddable FAQ site.

Seats cost $29, $49 or $69 per team member per month, or $26.10, $44.10 and $62.10 billed annually, a flat 10%. A fourth plan drops seats entirely: $59 a month for unlimited team members, capped at 500 responded conversations. The AI Agent, labelled BETA, meters $0.85 per resolution against an allowance of 5, 10 or 20 per user per month, so included volume grows with headcount, not tickets.

What Re:amaze does not do is say what a resolution is. The whole published disclosure is five resolutions per user included and $0.85 for each extra one. Nothing on the pricing page, the About page, the API reference or the support site defines the billed event, or says whether a handoff to a human still bills. The 500 conversation cap is stated and the price of conversation 501 is not. There is no security or trust page, no SOC 2, GDPR or SLA claim, and the API documents a rate limit without publishing its number.

Gorgias meters the same workload against ticket volume tiers rather than seats. Zendesk charges $1.50 per automated resolution, nearly double, but publishes a definition of the unit and names who adjudicates it. Both sit in ecommerce help desk software.
