Support teams large enough to run a roster hit a problem a spreadsheet cannot hold: forecasting next month's volume across phone, chat and email, staffing people against it, then watching adherence as the day drifts. Assembled sells that layer to teams already running Zendesk, Salesforce, Kustomer, Five9 or Genesys, and replaces none of them.
Three products are bought separately. Workforce Management lists at $25, $45 and $75 for Core, Pro and Enterprise. AI Copilot lists at $35 and drafts replies, translates and summarises. AI Agents are metered at $0.65 per conversation. AI Voice is the featured product on the page and carries no price at all.
The page then contradicts itself. Every price label reads /month with no per-agent qualifier, while the FAQ below says workforce management is priced per agent per month, plus a platform fee. That fee is real and its size is published nowhere, so a buyer cannot compute this bill from the pricing page. Neither the monthly and annual split, nor a seat minimum, nor what separates Core from Enterprise is stated: every feature in the table is marked available on all three. A billable conversation is never defined, and no export path is documented for schedules or forecasts.
Zendesk sells workforce engagement as a $50 per agent add-on, a published all-in number where Assembled's $25 is a floor. Playvox and Surfboard chase the same roster. All four file under workforce management software.
