Ada sells to enterprise CX teams that already run Zendesk, Salesforce or Genesys and want an AI agent in front of that stack rather than a replacement for it. You cannot cost it before you talk to sales.

The default billed unit is the conversation: unlimited messages between the bot and one end user in a single channel, starting when that user sends a message and ending when they exit or after 24 hours of inactivity. Email threads close after 72 hours, voice bills per connected call. Enterprises can buy Automated Resolutions instead, defined in the contract as a conversation that is not escalated and invoiced up front.

Ada publishes no prices. No plan table, no rate, no calculator, no free tier, no trial. It documents four dashboard roles (Owner, Admin, Agent, Read Only) and a 25 row permissions matrix, then never says whether a seat costs anything. Under conversation pricing a handoff to a human still bills, and a customer who returns after the window closes opens a second billable conversation. European storage is an opt-in enrollment and every AI model sub-processor sits in the USA, so EU-only inference is not on offer.

Decagon and Sierra are gated the same way, and Sierra has no pricing page at all. Intercom publishes $0.99 per resolution, which is the difference that matters. What Ada does publish is an export API returning conversations, playbooks, tools and custom instructions as JSON, the most complete extraction surface among AI support agents.
