Service teams that already run a help desk and want the ticket it just closed to carry a score. Simplesat attaches to Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias and Freshdesk, and to the ConnectWise, Autotask and HaloPSA stack that managed service providers run on. It replaces none of them.
Surveys reach customers four ways: embedded in an email the desk already sends, sent directly by Simplesat, as a link, or as a website widget. The meter is responses submitted, not surveys sent, and previews and internal tests do not count. Standard is $119 a month, or $109 billed annually, for 1,000 responses and 5 account users. Elite is $499, or $459, for 7,000 responses and 30 users. The agents who receive feedback are unlimited on every plan and need no login.
Account users are capped rather than priced, so a team needing a 31st admin moves tier for the seat alone. There is no free plan. Past the quota nothing is billed and nothing arrives: feedback is held until the next cycle. Data sits in AWS Ireland with no region choice. Simplesat holds SOC 2 Type II and claims no ISO 27001. Exports are emailed, take hours, and default to 90 days.
Nicereply and Retently chase the same buyer and meter differently. Nicereply also bills responses received; Retently bills surveys dispatched, so a poor response rate is free here and full price there. Delighted held that third slot until Qualtrics shut it down. It files under customer feedback software.
