Delighted

Nobody can buy this. Delighted sold NPS, CSAT and CES surveys to teams who wanted a feedback programme running the same afternoon, and Qualtrics, which acquired it in 2018, terminated customer access on 30 June 2026. What follows is a record of what it cost and how it ended.

The final published ladder metered responses per month against a user cap. Free carried 25 responses and 1 user. Starter was $19 a month for 50 responses and 2 users, Growth $39 for 100 and 3, Advanced $149 for 250 and 5, Premium $249 for 500 and 10. Sends were unlimited at every tier, so only replies were billed. Salesforce, Segment and HubSpot sat behind Premium while 35 other integrations were free.

The wind-down was the harsh part. From 1 July 2025 annual renewals stopped and everyone was moved to monthly. From 31 May 2026 monthly subscriptions stopped renewing. Access ended on a fixed date with no extensions, data was deleted after it, and there were no refunds: Qualtrics "does not permit customers to terminate earlier than the subscription they paid for". Both help centres, including the export instructions the sunset notice pointed at, are now offline.

Nicereply, Simplesat and Retently all aimed migration paths at this shutdown, and each imports historical feedback with scores and comments intact. Retently makes that migration free on every plan. The choice now sits under customer feedback software.
